The Seek Annual Recruitment Awards (SARA) celebrate recruitment agencies across New Zealand that have excelled in a variety of ways. OneStaff is pleased to announce that the Canterbury Labour Hire Safety Forum was successful in being recognised in its ongoing effort to implement and ensure high standards across Canterbury, and more specifically, the earthquake affected areas of the region. The initiative received two awards, both of which reinforce our ongoing commitment to providing the best services for our clients and candidates. OneStaff is proud to be a part of the Canterbury Labour Hire Safety Forum and we continue to strive for innovative ways to maintain our high safety standards.
The first award was the Most Innovative Agency of the Year award. This award is given to the agencies that display the best uses of data and analytics to improve practices within the company and to innovate relationships for clients and candidates. The second award was the Recruitment Leader of the Year award, which is given to a recruitment leader who displays the ability to manage and communicate successfully with staff, build relationships and make a significant difference to both their company and the recruitment industry as a whole.
