The first award is for Excellence in Strategy & Planning which recognises where an organisation has developed a long-term business strategy and has set targets that have been implemented across the company and were fundamental to our continued success.
The second award is for Employer of the Year which recognises businesses that maximise the full potential of their workforce through creating an engaging and retaining workplace. Our people are at the heart of what we do, so it truly humbling to be nominated for this award. We congratulate all the other finalists selected for this year’s awards and would like to extend our gratitude to all those who have made this possible: our employees, candidates and clients.
