Ashlee Joined OneStaff in January 2021, bringing with her experience in retail management and a genuine passion for helping people. Ashlee quickly established herself in her role as Recruiter and her personal drive, passion and ability to deliver consistently high levels of service to her clients and candidates saw her progress quickly into a Recruitment Consultant role and then into her current role as Area Manager for the Hawkes Bay region.

Tess first joined OneStaff back in August 2014 as a Recruiter, having already had experience in the industry. After seeing her drive, determination, competitiveness and high work ethic, she was quickly promoted to Recruitment Consultant. Tess was with OneStaff two years before heading off to the UK for her OE, where she worked in Executive Recruitment. She returned to the business again in 2018, this time as a Client Manager.

Tess has been instrumental in the outstanding success that the Palmerston North branch has experienced in the past couple of years. This was recognised in her appointment to the Area Manager role in May 2020. Tess is passionate about the industry, passionate about helping her team develop to be the best and is not afraid to role her sleeves up herself to lead by example.

This was recognised in her promotion to the Area Manager role of the Nelson Bays Area after only 12 months with the company. Since then, Lisa has continued to build a strong and reputable brand in the region. Lisa has a strong personal drive to help facilitate the perfect match for her candidates and clients. Dan first joined OneStaff in our New Plymouth branch back in January 2019. He then moved down to Queenstown and took over the Area Manager role of the branch from November 2021. Danyon is a keen outdoorsman and spends a lot of his free time out in the mountains around Queenstown. He enjoys working with various local businesses to understand and meet their changing staffing needs.

Sonja entered the recruitment sector in 2011 following a background working in industrial safety. She joined our Invercargill branch at its inception in 2013 as a Consultant and has a couple of promotions under her belt, moving to Team Leader before being appointed Area Manager of Southland. Sonja is one of the best-known faces of our Southland office. With a total commitment to Health & Safety and delivering exceptional customer service, she takes pride in helping great people do their best work.

With a strong sporting background, having played semi-professional football in several different countries, Joe moved back to New Zealand and commenced working for OneStaff in 2020. Having spent his first two years working in our Waikato branch, Joe then decided to make the move back to his home city of Wellington, where he has now taken on the Management of our local operation. Joe loves meeting with local business managers to discuss their specific staffing requirements and challenges; and to then assist in crafting the best recruitment solutions to meet their needs.
