In our previous Market Overview, we sat down with Otago Area Manager, John Hyde. However, this week we head north to talk with the Operations Manager for Auckland, Steve Burrows. Steve discusses Auckland’s huge boom in construction projects that have just been approved to go ahead. As Steve suggests, the amount of commercial and residential construction projects across Auckland City has and will continue to grow exponentially over the next decade and beyond.
Steve also comments on the need for more international professionals to come and work here in Auckland. Looking back at the past, Steve talks about how a lot of professionals once headed to Christchurch.
