Congratulations to our Employee of the Month for Taranaki, Keri Rawiri!
Keri is pictured here receiving her award for Employee of the Month at our Taranaki branch. Keri received a phone call from Spencer on a Sunday night at 6pm, to start work on Monday at 5am! Keri rang back within half an hour, accepting a position which would take her away from home for the next two months.
This job was aligned with her skills and qualifications as a Traffic Controller and Keri accepted the challenge after consulting with her family. Leaving her home for lengthy periods of time and being away from her children and partner has shown the amazing commitment and flexibility of Keri’s willingness to work.
So, we are saying a huge ‘thank you’ to Keri for her commitment and the fabulous job that she continues to do for us. Our client has given extremely high praise for her efforts and we wish her well for the future.
