Move over Mayweather and McGregor, the real boxing event of the year is coming to Christchurch!
That’s right, the Battle of the Rebuild is back again for 2017 and we’re proud to have partnered with Walco Events to be the principal sponsor of this year’s event.
The OneStaff Battle of the Rebuild Boxing Event will bring together the major construction, home building, civil works and engineering companies involved in the rebuild of Christchurch for the largest construction industry event New Zealand has ever seen. The event is an opportunity for the construction industry to come together positively and to raise significant funds for charity.
14 guys and girls are currently training to become the best boxers they can in three months, before duking it out in the ring on the night to make as much as they can for Home & Family Christchurch and Heart Kids Canterbury. Find out more about who they are, and donate to their causes, below.

Join the who’s who of the Construction industry, local politicians and sporting personalities night for a night of glitz, glam, and boxing gloves for the 2017 Battle of the Rebuild at the Horncastle Arena. This will be a Black Tie formal event you don’t want to miss.
