Congratulations to Craig Matthews, who is our Christchurch Employee of the Month for March. Craig’s safety-conscious & proactive approach to his role as a gatekeeper on the Southern Motorway project (CSM2) has not gone unrecognised.
As an example, Craig has implemented a password system into his site inductions to ensure people are paying attention when being inducted to reach the next gate. In addition, Craig has also installed temporary speed bumps to slow down trucks coming into the site for everyone’s safety.
