Joshua De La Cour is Nelson’s Employee of the month for June.
He has a great work ethic and turns up to work every day (hasn’t missed a day since he started in March).
He does overtime most weeks and adapts in most areas where he is working, giving him variety at work which he enjoys. He is a polite young man and although we don’t hear from him very often, in times when we do, his communication is always on point. Joshua was very appreciative of being awarded the employee of the month and enjoyed going through the goodies bag awarded to him for fantastic work.
