Here at OneStaff, we love celebrating the great work our team does, and acknowledging the lengths they go to do an excellent job. We connected Gareth Jones with Higgins on a temporary contract three months ago and he’s truly been moving heaven and earth since day one. In fact, he’s not only been impressing us at OneStaff, but his entire team at Higgins too, to the point where he has been nominated for a Higgins Excellence Award. Here’s what they had to say about him:
“Gareth has gone above and beyond our expectations. When residential access was affected by road works, Gareth has driven the elderly to their appointments, mowed residents’ overgrown backyards (pictured above) and has even come in on weekends to sweep car parks and footpaths to ensure community areas are neat, tidy and fit for use. When our site crew were tired up, he helped erect signage, control traffic and is always making sure our crew have their PPE gear on – and if they don’t, he goes and get them what they need!”
For his commitment to lending a hand and putting the customer first, Gareth has earned the respect of his colleagues, managers and clients at Higgins and been nominated for the “Moving Heaven and Earth” award for the annual Higgins Excellence Awards later this year. On top of that, Gareth has left such an impression that he’s been offered a permanent position with them too!
