Anthony has taken his own initiative with the warmer climate and brought both himself and his partner in crime, Shirish Metha, hats to provide adequate shade and protection from the sun when operating outdoors.
We attempted through our own processes to source applicable PPE, however, Hard Hat Brim and/or neck cover wasn’t suitable nor practical for the role.
Off the back of this, and the fact he has looked out for his teammate (who is a fello OneStaff employee) we believe Anthony exhibits the OneStaff values in this space. Well done, Anthony!
