Congratulations to Ginnie, Karaka’s pick for Employee of the Month! Ginnie has shown great initiative when it comes to H&S.
Just the other day, Ginnie was feeling unwell at work, and rather than stay and potentially put others at risk, she spoke with her supervisor and asked to leave. Her supervisor agreed that this was ok and had Ginnie take home a work laptop to continue work from home – which Ginnie was fine with. Without hesitation, Ginnie also contacted OneStaff to inform the employer. Her communication and quick thinking is why we have chosen her as our H&S Champion and Employee of the Month!
