Over the last 18 months we’ve seen our Invercargill office go from strength to strength, and we’re really proud of the work the team have done down there, with results increasing hugely over the last 18 months.
New faces came into the mix to build upon what was already a fantastic team, with Sonja Cowan guiding the crew as Team Leader, assisting Area Manager Richard Hawke (who is also area manager for our Queenstown operation) in running the branch.
Over this time, Sonja has shown an incredible commitment to the branch and her team, as well as to the wider OneStaff group, as evidenced by the results she has helped to produce and her own personal development. All of that culminated last year in a nomination for Recruitment Consultant of the Year at the Seek SARA Awards, an awesome recognition of her efforts.
Today we’re proud to announce that Sonja has accepted the opportunity to step up to full management of OneStaff Invercargill, and will continue to drive operations as the new Area Manager for our southernmost OneStaff branch!
Congratulations Sonja, it’s well deserved and we wish you luck in your new role! We look forward to seeing how the Invercargill branch continues to grow under your stewardship.
