Vinal came to OneStaff in mid-April seeking any opportunity possible but predominately wanting to operate within the Civil and Construction space.
Vinal has made every post a winner and exhibited a tremendous work ethic and excellent comms to both the client and ourselves and better yet, hasn’t missed a day of work. A reflection of Vinal’s skills and work ability has been demonstrated by still being paid a 40 hour week despite the Road Marking Team not operating in the wet, which is just about every day during winter, to maintain and secure his services.
This is no mean feat and we’re now in negotiations with the Client to secure a permanent position on Vinal’s behalf providing the employment security he deserves and an on-going career path in the Civil space. Given this has all been achieved within a 7-8 week period for our client, is outstanding! Amazing work, Vinal, keep up the fantastic job!
