Higgins have nominated Tewhiu Tuwairua (better known as “T”) as Employee of the Month for October! T has been with Higgins for approx. 1400 hours, and has been involved with various divisions including construction, drainage and asphalt. He is now an integral member of the Chip Seal crew that is about to start their very busy sealing season.
Feedback from Higgins is that T is a very reliable and punctual individual that always turns up to work and is keen to learn from the experienced members of the crew. He has shown a keen interest in the Chip Seal operations and is motivated to learn as much as he can on a daily basis to better himself and the crew.
T is a valued member of the team and gets on with all his colleagues, not only in Chip Seal but across all other departments at Higgins. He has now been offered a full time role and they look forward to him joining the team. Awesome effort T – and very well deserved.
