Congratulations, Nathan! Since joining OneStaff in February, Nathan has taken on a variety of assignments, including labouring, assembly work, pick packing, freight sorting, driver’s assistant work and container devanning. In June, Nathan started a pick packing role with our client who is a global supplier of software, engineered products, services and automated manufacturing equipment, specialising in the residential construction industry.
Since then, Nathan has gone from strength to strength, learning new skills and really putting in the hard yards to support the business during busy periods by picking up extra shifts. He has always been reliable, communicates well and has shown commitment to his job as well as resilience through the most recent lockdown. Nathan continues to impress us, taking the initiative to gain his full licence and is now hoping to sit his forklift licence which will make him even more of an asset to the client he works for!
Nathan went the extra mile recently and even turned up to work a few days early after being away on parental leave (he and his partner welcomed their son three weeks ago). He has continued to strive to succeed and we couldn’t be prouder or more appreciative of his hard work and dedication. Well done, Nathan!
