Damian started out his career with us for a little over 3 months within the Civil Construction industry. He has impressed many crews within the organisation and has been approached by multiple Foremen to switch divisions. Huge shout-out as well for being so willing to help out with additional assignments during the Level 4 lockdown while his current role wasn’t operating! Damian’s hard work has paid off and he’ll now be going permanent in the Civil Construction sector.
