Congratulations to Kevin Ferguson, our Christchurch Employee of the Month for May!
Kevin was rewarded this month’s Employee of the Month award due to his focus on customer interaction and safety during a recent site inspection. Kevin was a new employee on an assignment at one of our key infrastructure clients when he was manning Traffic Control at a busy intersection. Kevin’s interaction with a member of the public was observed by a senior inspector during the site observation.
The feedback from the inspector was extremely positive and was passed on to the highest level locally.
So well done Kevin on receiving your reward for your excellent work and thank you once again!
