Congratulations Franz De La Pena! Christchurch’s Employee of the Month for February.
Franz has been an outstanding worker over the summer break, completing his practical hours for his engineering degree with a civil piling contractor. Franz has come into this role and gained himself an important hands-on experience and a sound understanding of the workings on the ground that will be invaluable in his future as an engineer.
As a result, he now has opportunities with the client in a professional capacity after his degree is complete.
