Congratulations, Sophie, for receiving the Christchurch Employee of the Month award. Sophie has been on assignment with Downer since Sept 2022 as an Administrator supporting their telco team.
During this time, Sophie has consistently gone above and beyond and helped in other areas while the rest of the team have been busy; including the onboarding of a group of new employees where Sophie showed initiative, took them under her wing, and made them feel so welcomed to the team.
