OneStaff’s national network of branches and industry specialist recruiters ensure you have access to a trusted partner to work with you in creating the ideal recruitment solutions.

OneStaff is a 100% NZ owned and operated group of companies made up of the former individual branches of Coverstaff International (across Invercargill, Queenstown, Christchurch, Nelson, Wellington, Palmerston North) and Onsite Recruitment (in North Shore Auckland, South Auckland, New Plymouth, and Hawkes Bay). We have also opened Tauranga and Hamilton based branches under the OneStaff banner in 2015. Our group has grown and developed since 1997 in the New Zealand industrial and commercial recruitment space. With common operational directorship, and local branch managers as owner operators with “skin in the game”, we have found that our accountability in local expertise and specialisation has assisted us to establish a solid reputation in each of the areas where we operate with both candidate and clients.

As the breadth of coverage provided by each of our specialist companies expanded, so too has the cooperative model we have employed to incorporate an increasing capability in national focus and standardization of recruitment service for clients with multiple sites and spread across multiple regions (or international presence).

Through this cooperative process, several key pillars of practice have been highlighted within each branch and across both our brands – a balanced Client and Candidate focus, Health and Safety Commitment, Tailored Recruitment Methodology, and a Passionate and Fun Team Culture, all of which are matched with an open welcome for Innovation. We have never taken a “cookie cutter” or “recruitment as a commodity” type approach, instead our development and success has been based on effecting a “recruitment as a service” and accountability based proposition for clients and candidates.

It is with this internal commitment in place that we rebranded our operations nationally as OneStaff. We feel the new brand encapsulates our commitment and forward direction. We have taken the best parts of both existing brands, and reworked to incorporate our common approach and focus, indicate our unified presence, and highlight our single point of accountability. OneStaff takes our local success to the national arena, as it’s all about Working as One.
