OneStaff Opening Hours During the Holiday Season
As many workplaces begin to wind down to prepare for Christmas holidays, we also have many employers looking for great staff, and great temporary staff and candidates also available for great work opportunities, so please find below a list of our branch opening hours around the country for your easy reference. While our branches may be closed, we’re still available to help you throughout this time. Read on for more details.
Please note that all OneStaff branches will be closed during the weekends and statutory days (Monday 25th December, Tuesday 26th December, Monday 1st January, Tuesday 2nd January).

During this time all inbound calls will be redirected to an on-call Consultant who will be available to answer any queries or concerns. If this goes to voicemail, please leave a message for them and they will call you back as they are able.
Our branch holiday trading days and times are listed below.
Auckland
South
The Auckland South office is open throughout the holiday period excluding weekends and statutory days. During this time (Wed 27th Dec – Fri 29th Dec, Wed 3rd Jan – Fri 5th Jan), the trading hours will be from 9.00am – 3:00pm. The Auckland South office will resume normal trading hours on Monday 8th January 2018.
North
The Auckland North office will be closed from Monday 25th December and will reopen on Monday 8th January 2018.
West
The Auckland West office will be closed from Monday 25th December and will reopen on Monday 8th January 2018.
Hamilton
The Hamilton office will be closed between Christmas and New Year’s (from 25th December until Wednesday 3rd January). Trading hours during the week of Wed 3rd Jan – Fri 5th Jan will be from 10:00am – 2:00pm. The Hamilton office will resume normal trading hours on Monday 8th January 2018.
Rotorua
The Rotorua office is open throughout the holiday period excluding weekends and statutory days. During this time (Wed 27th Dec – Fri 29th Dec, Wed 3rd Jan – Fri 5th Jan), the trading hours will be from 10:00am – 3:00pm. The Rotorua office will resume normal trading hours on Monday 8th January 2018.
Tauranga
The Tauranga office will be closed from 1:00pm on Friday 22nd of December and will reopen again on Monday 8th January 2018.
New Plymouth
The New Plymouth office is open throughout the holiday period excluding weekends, and statutory days. Between Wed 27th Dec – Fri 29th Dec our trading hours will be from 8.00am – 4.00pm, and between Wed 3rd Jan – Fri 5th Jan our trading hours will be from 8:00am – 4:00pm. The New Plymouth office will close at 12.00pm on Friday 22nd December and will resume normal trading hours (7.30am – 5.00pm) on Monday 8th January 2018.
Hawke’s Bay
The Hawke’s Bay office will be closed from 3:00pm on Friday 22nd of December and will reopen again on Wednesday 3rd January 2018.
Palmerston North
The Palmerston North office will be closed from 12:00pm on Friday 22nd of December and will reopen again on Monday 8th January 2018 at 8:00am.
Wellington
The Wellington office will be closed from 1:00pm on Friday 22nd of December and will reopen again on Monday 8th January 2018 at 7:30am.
Nelson
The Nelson office will be closed from 5:00pm on Friday 22nd of December and will reopen again on Wednesday 3rd January 2018 at 7:30am.
Christchurch
The Christchurch office is open throughout the holiday period excluding weekends and statutory days. During this time (Wed 27th Dec – Fri 29th Dec, Wed 3rd Jan – Fri 5th Jan), the trading hours will be from 8.00am – 5:00pm. The Christchurch office will resume normal trading hours on Monday 8th January 2018.
Queenstown
The Queenstown office is open throughout the holiday period excluding weekends and statutory days. During this time (Wed 27th Dec – Fri 29th Dec, Wed 3rd Jan – Fri 5th Jan), the trading hours will be from 10:00am – 3:00pm. The Queenstown office will resume normal trading hours on Monday 8th January 2018.
Dunedin
The Dunedin office will be closed from Friday 22nd of December and will reopen again on Tuesday 9th January 2018.
Invercargill
The Invercargill office is open throughout the holiday period excluding weekends and statutory days. During this time (Wed 27th Dec – Fri 29th Dec, Wed 3rd Jan – Fri 5th Jan), the trading hours will be from 10:00am – 3:00pm.
