Congratulations to Tom Crawford, our Employee of the Month for Palmerston North! As an Advanced Labourer at Downer, Tom is committed, open to learning and well-liked by the team. Coming from an Engineering background with previous work experience for us at Winstones prior to lockdown, Tom has brought along his strong work ethic and drive to succeed to all his projects, including the recent where he was part of the crew working to build a new wind farm in Palmy!
