Te Peru is OneStaff Hamilton’s Employee of the Month for September! Te Peru has been on assignment for several months with the team at BuiltSmart in Huntly as a yardsman.
In that time, Te Peru is described by his supervisors and management team as being energetic, having great work stamina, being infectiously positive, and honest. He has been praised for his consistent and effective communication, and as a result of this and his hard work, he is in the process of accepting a permanent job offer.
Te Peru came to meet the OneStaff Hamilton team through his association with Get Me Started Ltd, who do a lot of work within the communities of Huntly and Ngāruawāhia in helping individuals find pathways back to work. Te Peru is a fantastic example of someone who has made the most of the opportunities and support made available to him, and wants to be a catalyst for others to do the same.
