Jahzel has also been awarded Employee of the Month for his enthusiastic customer service. Jahzel has just started working with one of our clients as a traffic controller – and quickly became a hit with the locals in Oropi. His smile and customary tipping of his hard hat encouraged locals to contact the client to comment on his fantastic attitude. Roadworks are one where the traffic needs to be patient and Jahzel has made the wait more enjoyable!

Joan Turner
Joan has been awarded Employee of the Month for her fantastic customer service while working as a TC on a client’s site in Omokoroa. So much so, she became a bit of a celebrity before Christmas with the locals. Her friendly waves and smiles to the traffic became a hit and found herself in the local paper and there were some wonderful comments on social media. She was given plenty of Christmas treats as she stood in the summer sun.
Joan has been one of our most loyal employees and we love having her on board and appreciate her attitude toward her job. Thanks again for all your work, Joan, and enjoy all your treats!
