If an emergency occurs, how would you react? Our Christchurch Employee Of The Month, Adrien King, proved that knowing what to do in the event of a medical emergency can just save a life.
Adrien was on assignment with Fulton Hogan early December when he suddenly heard cries for help. Rushing to the chaotic scene, he found that a teenage girl had collapsed. Her eyes had rolled to the back of her head and she was not responsive. Instinctively, Adrien let his first-aid training kick in and took control of the scene while they waited for an ambulance to arrive. Thanks to Adrien’s quick thinking, the patient quickly received the medical help she needed.
