Jon Ives is a long-standing leader within OneStaff, with nearly two decades of experience driving growth and national expansion.

Megan Nicholson brings over 15 years of experience in recruitment, health and safety, and operational management, making her a key leader within OneStaff as the General Manager of People and Safety.

Auckland

Logan was around at the start of OneStaff Auckland's inception in 2010, coming from prior experience in both national and local recruitment roles.

Samantha (Sam) has been a cornerstone of OneStaff Auckland since 2015 with the last 5 years as our Operations Team Leader, now moving into the role of Senior Recruitment Consultant.

Vasu has been with OneStaff Auckland since 2017. Known for his extensive knowledge and expertise in warehouse, manufacturing, production, and logistics sectors, Vasu has built a strong reputation as a leading industry provider.

Nicole Amundsen is a dedicated Client Manager at OneStaff Auckland. She joined the company as a Recruiter in May 2024 with our Palmerston North team, and swiftly advanced to client management within three months.

Ricky is a successful team member within OneStaff Auckland bringing over 5 years of industry experience in stores management, logistics, and warehousing.

Augustino (Tino) has been a recruiter with OneStaff Auckland since 2021, now moving into the role of Recruitment Consultant. Starting out in a front-of-house role, his excellent communication skills and genuine passion for people quickly stood out.

Lauren joined OneStaff Auckland as a recruiter in March 2024 and has quickly made a notable impact, moving into the role of Recruitment Consultant.

Gabrielle (Gabby) has been with OneStaff Auckland for over 3 years, now a Recruitment Consultant. Coming from a background in charity work and close involvement with fundraising agencies, Gabby’s transition to recruitment has been seamless.

Manaia is part of the Business Support at OneStaff Auckland, joining the team in October 2025.

Hamilton

Melissa Whyte is the Area Manager for OneStaff Hamilton, where she has been a key member of the team since 2016.

Mark is a Client Solutions Manager at OneStaff Hamilton, joining the team in 2026.

Kayleigh Konings has been a valued member of the OneStaff Hamilton team since 2022, serving as a dedicated Recruitment Consultant.

Tauranga

Jake Buskirk is the Area Manager at OneStaff Tauranga, having moved from the USA where he spent ten years with Walt Disney Parks & Resorts in various management roles.

Lori is a Client Solutions Manager at OneStaff Tauranga, joining the team in 2026.

Rotorua

Tony is a born and bred Rotorua local, of Ngāti Pikiao, Ngāti Whakaue, Ngāti Awa, and Ngāi Tūhoe descent. He is well-connected throughout the region, with an intimate understanding of the land and the people who call it home.

Alex is a Client Solutions Manager at OneStaff Rotorua, joining the team in 2026.

Chloe joined OneStaff in 2021 as the Recruiter/Administrator for the Rotorua branch, and she has continued to grow and excel in her role ever since. She is now a Recruitment Consultant.

Hawke's Bay

Ashlee Nicholson joined the OneStaff team in 2021. Her interpersonal and service skills have been key drivers of her success within the company as the Area Manager of Hawkes Bay.

Ravi is a Client Solutions Manager at OneStaff Hawkes Bay, joining the team in 2026.

Sarah is a passionate recruitment consultant who’s been a part of the Hawke's Bay team since 2023. She truly believes in providing all candidates with thorough information and support throughout their recruitment journey.

New Plymouth

Hannah joined One Staff New Plymouth in 2021 as a Recruitment Consultant, and has since grown into the Area Manager role.

Olivia is a Client Solutions Manager at OneStaff New Plymouth, joining the team in 2026.

Zoe is a Recruitment Consultant at OneStaff New Plymouth, joining the team in 2026.

Palmerston North

Ella Davey joined OneStaff in early 2021 as a Recruitment Consultant, quickly establishing herself as a driven and resourceful professional with a deep understanding of the market. She is now the Area Manager of OneStaff Palmerston North.

Christie Angland is a dynamic Client Solutions Manager at OneStaff Palmerston North, joining the team in 2024.

Emily combines a Bachelor of Business majoring in HR and Management with hands-on experience in hospitality, agriculture and animal care, bringing a practical people-focused approach as a Recruitment Consultant.

With over 20 years of experience in business administration, Sam stands out as a powerhouse in streamlining and optimizing operations. She is currently part of the Business Support team as an Analyst.

Wellington

Cam brings over 14 years of experience in sales and sales management, he is the Area Manager of the Wellington branch.

With a passion for helping people find their perfect fit, Krisma (based in our Wellington branch) is an experienced recruitment consultant dedicated to matching the best candidates with opportunities that inspire growth and success.

Christchurch

Mark has over the 20 years experience in senior leadership roles within and outside of the recruitment industry both in New Zealand and globally. He is currently the General Manager of South Island.

Starting with Onestaff Christchurch in 2007, Victoria excels in talent acquisition and team leadership as a Senior Recruitment Consultant.

Andy has been the Christchurch Construction Client Manager since 2016, now moving into the Client Solutions Manager role.

Chris joins the Christchurch team as an Engineering specialist with over 15 years experience at BOC and Proline Industrial. He is a Client Solutions Manager in the Christchurch team.

Rosey has been with OneStaff Christchurch since 2020, starting in administration before moving into recruitment for mechanical engineering. She is currently a Client Solutions Manager.

Haley McKnight is a Client Solutions Manager for OneStaff Christchurch, specializing in recruitment for supply chain, logistics and manufacturing industries.

Louis is a Client Solutions Manager at OneStaff Christchurch, joining the team in 2026.

Elliot joined OneStaff in 2017, bringing a keen eye for talent to our Christchurch based recruitment team as a Recruitment Consultant.

Based in Christchurch, Danielle is connecting People and Creating Opportunities as a Recruitment Consultant.

Louis Marsh is a dedicated recruitment consultant for OneStaff Christchurch.

Kate brings a versatile background in administration, reception and recruitment, with a strong focus on liaising with clients and candidates across manufacturing, transport, and logistics sectors.

Corné joined OneStaff Christchurch after gaining experience in the recruitment industry through an affiliate company. She is part of the Business Support in Christchurch.

Jenna is part of the Business Support at OneStaff Christchurch, joining the team in 2026.

Queenstown

Sarah is a Client Solutions Manager at OneStaff Queenstown, joining the team in 2026.

Kayla brings over five years of experience in Recruitment, Human Resources, and People Management. She is dedicated to building strong teams by identifying top talent and fostering positive candidate experiences as a Recruitment Consultant.

Dunedin

Tina joined Onestaff as our Dunedin team manager back in 2021. She has an extensive background in business relations and team management with over 25 years prior experience with Allied Press and ODT.

Courtney is a Recruitment Consultant at OneStaff Dunedin, joining the team in 2026.

Invercargill

Sonja Cowan is the current Area Manager who launched Onestaff Invercargill in early 2014.

Shania is a Recruitment Consultant at OneStaff Invercargill, joining the team in 2026.

OneStaff International

Neal Tudreu is the Business Development Manager at OneStaff International (OSI), with significant experience working with migrant workers, providing leadership, clarity, and commercial expertise.

Rachelle Mondragon is part of the Business Support at OneStaff International, passionately supporting international workers since 2023.
