Jayden has been working exceptionally hard, consistently demonstrating strong values, a great work ethic, and a positive attitude. He’s shown a real commitment to personal growth by gaining new tickets to upskill and taking on extra responsibilities. His dedication was especially evident during the recent roundabout project in Palmerston North, where he played a key role. From early 5 am starts to 12 hour days, Jayden has gone above and beyond, and his efforts have not gone unnoticed. He continues to be an outstanding team member, reliable, driven, and always willing to go the extra mile.
