We are aware of fraudulent job offers and recruitment communications falsely claiming to represent OneStaff.

Our systems have not been compromised. These scams involve third parties impersonating OneStaff using unofficial websites and email addresses.

How to identify a genuine OneStaff communication

• All genuine OneStaff recruitment emails are sent from an @onestaff.co.nz email address.
• We will never ask candidates to pay recruitment, visa, processing or administration fees.
• We will never ask you to transfer money to secure employment.
• If you are unsure whether a communication is genuine, please contact us before responding.

Received a suspicious email?

If you receive a communication claiming to be from OneStaff and you're unsure if it's legitimate:

• Do not send money or personal information.
• Forward the email to info@onestaff.co.nz for verification.
• Delete the email once reported.
