Congratulations, Julian! Rotorua’s Employee of the Month for October!

Julian has shown outstanding dedication and perseverance during his time with JLE in Taupo. Commuting over an hour each way, he never missed a beat – proving the true value of reliability and commitment.

While waiting for his chance to begin an electrical apprenticeship, Julian made the most of every opportunity to learn and grow, mastering the art of simply “turning up” and giving 100% each day.

It was an absolute pleasure to be a reference for his new employer – we know he’ll continue to shine in his next chapter.
